JOIN US AS WE HOST A SPECTACULAR TRIATHLON CAPPED OFF WITH AN AFTERNOON OF GREAT FOOD, DRINKS, MUSIC AND OTHER FUN ACTIVITIES FOR RACE PARTICIPANTS AS WELL AS NON-RACE PARTICIPANTS.

OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A WONDERFUL SETTING FOR FAMILY MEMBERS AND OTHER CURIOUS ONLOOKERS TO CHEER ON THE RACE PARTICPANTS AS WELL AS PARTICIPATE IN THE CELEBRATION IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE RACE

500-METER SWIM / 15-MILE BIKE / 3.1-MILE RUN

I.          REGISTRATION

II.        REGISTRATION FEES

            A.        Individuals:

                        1.         Early Registration 7/1/11-9/10/11                             $50.00

                        2.         Late Registration 9/11/11-9/29/11                            $65.00

                        3.         On-site Registration 10/2 and 10/3/11                      $75.00

            B.         Relay Teams:

                        1.         Early Registration 7/1/11-9/10/11                             $135.00

                        2.         Late Registration 9/21/11-9/29/11                            $150.00

                        3.         On-site Registration 10/2 and 10/3/11                      $175.00

III.        AWARDS and AGE GROUPS

Awards will be given out for the top three places overall in both genders, and a Masters (40+) and Grandmaster (50+) champion in each gender .

In addition, awards will  go to the top three finishers in the following age groups in both genders: 19 & Under; 20 – 24; 25 – 29; 30 – 34; 35 – 39; 40 – 44; 45 – 49; 50 – 54; 55 – 59; 60 – 64; 65 –& Up.

The top relay team will receive awards similar to the age groupers.

IV.        PACKET PICKUP

Please join us for packet pickup on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from noon until 6:00 pm at the Village Market located at 100 Waterview Road, Youngsville, LA 70592.   

Packet pick-up will also be available the morning of the race from 6am to 7:30am.

V.         RACE AMENITIES

We continue to add amenities every week. Right now, in addition to a fun and safe race, participants will receive:

·         Quality technical fabric race T-shirt. New this year: Woman’s style and sizing available

·         Goody bag with additional amenities

·         Iced towels on the run course

·         Great post-race food and beverages.

·         Fun jumps for the kids.

A.         Carriage House Hotel & Suites – located in award winning development called The Village of River Ranch.  7.67 miles from race site.  You can view hotel online at www.riverranchdevelopment.com and click on Carriage House.  Reservation number is 866-657-8483.  Please note there will be no blocking of rooms for Carriage House so please do not wait long to reserve.  There will be discount rates available.  The earlier you call to reserve the better the discount.

B.         Comfort Inn & Suites – 146 Heritage Parkway, Broussard, LA 70518 – 5.48 miles from race site.  Reservation phone number is 337.856.8887.  We do have some rooms blocked.  A group rate will apply.
